  Our tubular compactor machine is used for the preshrinking and calendering process of cotton and mixed cotton tubular fabrics, shrinkage ratio below 3%,at the same time,you could obtain fixed size and good hand feeling .

   The main units:

   1.overfeeding infeed unit

   The overfeeding infeed device can control fabric width and overfeeding ratio. it includes four over feeding wheels driving  device. width adjust device and magnetic attract holder.

    The width of fabrics can adjust without stopping machine, overfeed ratio numberical control.

    2.felt compacting unit

    This unit is the main device of the machine, this unit pre-shrink and calender the fabrics. in include dryer chamber, felt, damp plate.

    The preshrinking ratio could be adjusted by adjust the angle of felt and damp plate.

   3. presion folder

   Use the presion folder to pack the treated fabrics, it includes fold device and hydraulic lift table.

    Lift table can decend automatically according to the thickness of the fabrics and delivery fabrics quickly when finish folding.
